Competitive Environment
Competition in real estate market in Toronto area is very keen.  We have done a lot of researching about our competitor's web sites and other more information. Withou doubt, most real estate companies are online already. Therefore, we have to analyze those web sites, take good points from our competiors  and spread our strengths.  We have got some good ideas to create and develop our web pages.  The Best Life Inc., is a bilingual company which applied English and Chinese languages on healf of our .  Although our main target market is Chinese community, but we have to consider that we are living in  a multicultural society, we are also developing other communities to get more customers.    
 
Economic Environment
According to a survey, housing starts 5% in October activity in Ontario the strength in October refected a 15%  rise in multiple-family intiatives.  However, single-family continue to power the expansion with activity up 6% year-to-date from last year.  With markets verity commercial and industrial building permints are trending higher and were up 12.5% in the first three of 2000.
 
Technological Environment
We are creating our  Web sites but by using a “Page Builder” software in www.geocites.com. We also use HTML to create our Searching Engine.  We would like to use more high-technoglogy to make our web sites look better, but time doesn’t allow us to learn more technic like advanced HTML and Java script.  

Legal / Political Environment
Since we have to consider carefully about the legal environment, we avoid to just copy other web sites stuff, however, we have collected many useful and interesting pictures, and images, and we design our web sites by ourselves.

Sociocultural Environment
Our page is either for Canadian and Chinese. We have to familiar with today's Canadians and Chinese culture, we have to realize their life styles, and their standard of buying houses, for example we have to understand what houses do people actually like  and what prices usually they would like to pay for a house. On the other hand, we have to consider baby bombers and generation Xers’ needs. On the our Chinese web sites, we have to pay attention to Chinese people's habit and culture, we have to consider the traditional Chinese customers and Model western style Chinese people's needs for their houses. However, we have to pay attention to both western and oriental cultures and try our best to avoid any wording that make people unhappy with us. However, a saying is very good for us:  "A small misstep can threaten or even destroy your marketing efforts in a foreign country. Kiss, Bow, or Shake Hands will allow you to avoid many of the errors made by others abroad"
