Create a detail plan: 1) Do researching, review about real estate web sides, save important web sites,                links, suitable backgrounds, pictures and articles for reference. 2) Collect necessary information as much as possible from media like        newspapers, magazines, and yellow pages etc. Review Sing Tao Daily, Ming        Pao weekly about real estate to collect Chinese article to meet our customers'        need.   3) Register domain name: nicehome.ca(From October 15th until November 7th       2000, Internic.ca will not be able to accept new applications for registration of .ca domain names.) 4) Create a home page draft, create pages: Home page and links to 11 pages 5) Post pages to the Internet 3. Consider: Budget 4. Consider the 5 environments: 1) Competitive: Competition in real estate market in Toronto area is very keen. We must consider about creating our unique selling position: online community, newsletter. 2) Economic: The economic environment in Toronto is healthy and normal growing, Unemployed rate is low, lots of houses and condominiums are being built that people are willing to buy in Metro-Toronto area. 3) Technological: We have to familiar with how to input texts, images, graphics, tables etc. in to a blank page, furthermore, we have to know how to link pages to pages, and know how to using the META Tag to Snag a Search Engine. 4) Legal Political: We have to be aware of what we apply to our web sites are legal. 5) Sociocultural: We have to consider customers? multicultural backgrounds.
