Monique is continuing to take the artistic community by storm. SSW Productions is bringing black by popular demand a poetic production you will not want to miss. This February, SUNY’s Sullivan County Community College’s Student Government Association will host at SCCC’s SEELIG THEATRE.... Another “Uni-Verse” COLLIDING WORLDS III (The Special Black History Month Rendition) Friday, evening February 7th, 2003 @ 7:30pm a theater poetry production, more like a play than a typical poetry reading. This“Uni-Verse” will showcase profound poets from the NY Tri State Area whose collective goal will be to present a diverse view of how the conflicts and relationships of the worlds we live in make up the never ending drama most of us call LIFE. Some of those worlds include; Social Life and Love Life. However, some of the more controversial lives we live are also included in this SSW “Uni-Verse” which is intended for a mature audience and will prove to be anything but boring or predictable. The show’s introduction includes a riveting Black History Month Vignette especially added in celebration of the rich and often tragic history of African Americans. Live music, dance and multi media presentation is guaranteed to compliment what is sure to be a memorable event.
