Combination
(Split Single with Luxedo)

A. The BRASS BED: "Combination"

B. LUXEDO: "Love Transfusion"

Released July 2000. Now a collector's item: it's SOLD OUT!! The 2 bands played a great launch night for the Pic Disc at the Esplanade in St Kilda, Melbourne, which featured the only live performance of "Love Transfusion" ever. Dan Kelly sat in on keyboards.
"Combination" was recorded entirely by Stu T on 4-track in Dec'93, after an all-niter. It's got 4 bass parts & 2 drum tracks, and a great crazy, lazy, out-there vibe.
"Love Transfusion" was built in Atlantis studios, whilst Stu was still playing bass in Luxedo. It features some of Stu's most successfully surreal lyrics, and the band attempting to be Prince, with a triple lead vocal from Stu , Tom Carlyon & Emilie Martin.
