A side project from Kim Salmon & The Surrealists member, Stu Thomas, "No Rest For The Wicked" seems to capture a lot of everything right about the local scene at the moment. A simple line up of drums, bass, horn and bone, "No Rest..." has a sleaze level potent enough to crack onto half the city before the end of the year. Live track, "No Say", has enough sheer aggression and funk to ensure that it’s going to be a sampled favourite with big beat artists before too long.
