Sometimes things just don't work out. Engagements fall through, couples decide to elope, or wedding plans need to be pared down. I do understand that these things happen.
If, by some unfortunate chance, you need to cancel your order and/or return merchandise please follow my guidelines below:
- Cancellations are only accepted for 15 days after the order is placed, and you will receive a full refund.
- After 15 days: All custom designs are non-refundable.
- Shipping charges will be refunded in full as long as merchandise has not already been shipped.
- If, in the event you need to send an item back to me(for repairs, missing pieces, design errors, or any other mistakes on my part) return shipping will be refunded, and the corrected product will be shipped back to you at no additional charge.
- If an item is returned due to any other reason, there will be no shipping refund and additional material/shipping costs may apply.
- Returned items must be packed carefully and shipped in original boxes, or packaging or similar quality.
- Items must arrive in good condition. No crushed or missing flowers.
- Please include a copy of the original invoice.
