General Notes:
William as a young man worked on a market stall in the edmonton high street, he worked for his mothers sisters family who were named keys. William would work for them on certain days, he also worked at MK in Edmonton, this is where he met Joyce Gladys. They lived with his parents in the house above at 52 Gloucester Road Edmonton London. The house still remains today it has now been converted into flat appartments.
From there he then managed to get a job in Harlow working for United Glass also known as UG, with the job came a nice new house, and they lived at 23 Pear Tree Mead for many years.
William eventually left Pear Tree Mead due to illness and never returned, he died on 23rd September 1984, due to heart failure. He was cremated at Harlow Cemetary in October 1984.
William married Joyce Gladys FROST, daughter of Harold Noel FROST and Amy Ethel TURNER, in 1956. The marriage ended in divorce. (Joyce Gladys FROST was born in 1926 in Edmonton London.)
