*~Quidditch Rules (Burrow style!)~*

Yeah!!  The Burrow finally has quidditch!! After all these years!  Uh, months.  Maybe weeks?  Anyway, it's been a long time.

This is the way it works: You are Harry on the Gryffindor Quidditch team.  Your goal is to...uh...win the game for your team (not the other team- lol).  Yeah.  Okay.  Now that we've got
that established, I'll go over the rules.  By the way..... we're hoping that you know the rules to quidditch played in Harry Potter, so that we don't have to go over those as well.  So these rules are our very own, very special and very unique rules on how we play quidditch, and if you don't like them, then go make your own quidditch!

The Rules
(notice the capital 'r')

You are Harry the Seeker on the Gryffindor quidditch team (We already established that, didn't we? Oh well.)  When you walk onto the Quidditch field, (By clicking on the game you want to play on the quidditch home page), you'll notice that the "field" (the background) is covered in lots of little pictures, some visible- some invisible.  Some of these pics will be of people (your teammates and also the other team), 14 players in all.  Some pics will be the quidditch balls.  The invisible pics could be anything!  By clicking on the pictures, you'll figure out what's happening in the game.

This is the Quaffle --------->
Your teammates will use it to randomly score goals.  Each goal gives the team 10 points.  You have no control over this, sorry!

These are the Bludgers --------->
They randomly knock people off their brooms.  If the Bludgers knock either you or your teammates off their brooms, then your team gets kinda unhappy, afterall, they don't want anybody to get hurt!!

This is the snitch --------->
Your job is to catch the snitch to win the game (and get 150 points!).  In the hard games, the snitch will be invisible, and you'll have no idea at all where in the world it will be.  In the easy games, well, we'll let you find that out for yourself.  :)  In some games, the snitch will appear once, in others, several times.  Be careful though!  The other team could find the snitch before you do!

This is you (Harry P.)--------->

You will also appear like this --------->

You'll need a pencil and paper handy, so GO GET ONE!!!  Don't worry.. we'll wait for you...  waiting....  waiting... Got it?  Good.

At the top of each page, there will be some text.  This is *supposed* to be Lee Jordan, commentator.  It will display random messages every time you click on a picture.  Messages such as, "Angelina Johnson with the Quaffle.  Warrington of Slytherin moving to block her.  Angelina dives around Warringt- DUCK, ANGELINA, THAT'S A BLUDGER!!  Angelina Scores!  10 points for Gryffindor!"  And so on.

The pencil and paper are for whenever someone scores.  Write down "10 points for Gryffindor" or "10 points for Slytherin" or whatever, as long as you can understand it.  When you find the snitch, give the winning team 150 points and then tally up the points for both teams.  Who won?  :)

I think that's everything.
Go to your Quidditch match!  Hurry or you'll be late for your game!

hi!  I'm your friendly Quaffle.  I score 10 point shots for your team!  (Well... and the other team too.)
Hi.  I'm a bludger.  I like to knock people off their brooms. Me too.
I'm a little snitch, small and stout.  Here are my wings and here is my... spout?
Hi.  I'm Harry
Me too.

Going up!
Yikes!  This is one steep dive!
