It may be useful to you to carry a Business Card identifying you as the Overseer of a Corporation Sole.As a Corporation Sole you may be involved in several types of business, so from time to time you may need to identify who you are.
The Business Card should:
- represent the Corporation Sole rather than yourself
- provide an address, telephone number and e-mail address (one or more of these as you deem fit)
a web-based e-mail address (such as Yahoo) allows you to check and send e-mail while away from home. You can register at http://mail.yahoo.com.
Have a list of alternative 'identities' in case the one you choose is not available - in the example below, "wakefield" is the identity.
You will also be asked several other questions to identify yourself: always remember the replies you give to these questions!- identify you as the Overseer (or other alternative Office chosen)
- provide address etc of Overseer if different to that of the Corporation Sole
For Example:
The VICAR of WAKEFIELD
A Corporation Sole
Overseer: 1234 Main Street, Rev William Brown Anytown, NY 10101 wakefield@yahoo.com Tel: 212-234-4567
Business Cards can also be double-sided, which allows you to add extra information on the back of the card.
