with your order and an attachment with your picture (Please do not make the file larger than 1.5 MB)
or you can contact me to make other arrangments.
Shipping is $5.00 and add 7.25% for tax if your in the state of California
I will either call or email you when I recieve the order. From that time It will take 1-2 weeks to get your order to you.
