It's officially summer in this part of the world, and to kick it off we have a beautiful seasonal photo.  This scene was captured by one of our members, Dave Grant.  Dave is a professional photographer and has contributed several of his excellent photos for us to use in our weekly newsletters.

This image is of Pink Lake, in the province of Quebec, Canada.  It is a very deep, unpolluted lake, located within national parkland and maintained by the federal government.  There are old abandoned mica pit mines along the western shore.  A walking path takes visitors around the entire  3 mile perimeter of the lake.  If you would like to see more of Dave's work, please visit his website HERE.
