GREEK UNITS
The Greek units are said to be the most recognizable culture because they have the more AoK Style gameplay, and their units are the same way. So there is not much i can say about them. One thing i can say is that a new role for the Greek Villagers that was not in AoK was that the Greek Villagers can worship at Temples and Shrines to gain favor for their god. Other then that, they are more AoKish then the other two cultures.
Greek Heracles: Heracles is one of the Greeks Heros. As you know, the Egyptians heros is the Pharoah, the Norse heroas are nameless Hersir, but the Greek heros have names (like Heracles and Jason). Heroes are stronger then the other Regular Units, but excells at killing Mythological Units. Heracles is a Melee Hero Unit. Heracles belongs to Zues, and can aquire him in the Heroic Age.
Greek Odysseus: Odysseus belongs to Zues in the Classical Age, Odysseus is a ranged land hero.
Greek Theseus: Theseus belongs to Poseidon in the Archaic Age, he is a melee land hero.
Greek Hippokon: The Hippokon is available in the Classical (second) age. It is a fast moving, heavy combat unit. The unique thing about AoM is that Cavalry now take up more then on population slot.
Greek Prodromes: The Prodromes excell at taking out other cavalry units, and is available in the Heroic (third) age.
Greek Hippolyta: Hippolyta belongs to Poseidon in the Classical Age, she is a melee land heroine.
Greek Polyphemus: Polyphemus is unique because it is the only (as of now) Hero that is a Mythological Creature. He  belongs to Poseidon in the Mythicl Age, and is a melee land Hero.
Greek Argo: Poseidon is unique in the amount of heroes it can have at one time, he can have 5, while other Cultures can only have 4. Argo is Poseidon's unique Navy Hero. Like other heros, it is very strong and excells at killing Mythology Units, in this case, Water Mythology Units.
Greek KatascoposThe Katascopo is the Land unit that the Greeks get to Scout with from the Archaic (first) age.
Greek Hoplites: Hoplites are the main unit that forms every Greek Army. They are slow, tough, and can deal out a lot of damage.
Greek Hypaspist: The Hypaspist carries a short sword, and excells at killing other infantry.
Greek Archer: Ranged, Land Unit.
Greek Siege Tower: Melee Siege, Land Unit.
