Ok here goes!

Tomoe Hotaru's story is both a sad and a long one. I'll start out with the manga version.

Our story begins one day in the Tomoe labs. An explosion occurs. Hotaru, and her mother, Keiko, were caught in the heart of the explosion. There was no hope for Keiko what so ever.

Soichi found Hotaru laying in the flames, half dead. He then re-built her.

Un-like in the anime, Soichi has a cold and twisted heart. He creates Hotaru into a Cyborg, thinking that the god's chose him with the explosion. He wanted to make her into a super being, but her completion was cut to a stop when Master Pharaoh 90 landed with his Daimons. Kaolinite (sp?) was possessed, and soon Soichi was as well. And, Hotaru.

Because of this, Hotaru was weak and frail. Mistress 9, the daimon inside of her, ate away at her soul.

One day Hotaru meet Chibiusa, and became friends. Chibi Moon and Sailor Moon saved her from a Daimon.

While waiting for Hotaru at a movie theater, Chibiusa went looking for her friend. She caught Hotaru, seeing her cyborg parts. Chibiusa ran. Shortly later, the Outers said that Hotaru was really the Senshi of Destruction, the one who must never be awakened, Sailor Saturn. They went off to kill her.

By the time Chibi Moon got to Hotaru, Mistress 9 took over Hotaru's body. Mistress 9 manages to steal Chibi Moon's hoste, or soul, and her crystal. Hotaru's soul, which still lingered in the distance, protected Chibiusa.

Finally, the time came for Master Pharaoh 90 to merge with the planet. In that final battle, Not only was Soichi killed, but Mistress 9 stole the Inner Senshi's Hoste. Hotaru protects them as well, Mistress 9 discovering that Hotaru is still there.

Hotaru realizes that she is actually dead, being as she no longer has control of her body, and is only a lingering spirit. "Papa's gone… I have nothing left…" She thought. "But… why am I fighting so desperately…?" She wondered. "Was I really this strong? I feel a greater self…" She gathered the Hoste together, and burst out of her very own body. Hotaru returned the Inner Senshi's hoste to them, smiling at Sailor Moon as she faded away.

Mamoru looked up and saw a ghostly figure of a girl sitting there. She handed Chibiusa her crystal and her hoste back. Chibiusa returned back to life.

"I'm glad I could save you." She whispered to her friend. "This may sound strange coming from a girl… but… I feel as though we were destined to meet…" Chibiusa agreed. "I was glad we could be friends…" Suddenly Hotaru disappears as Mistress 9 kills her completely.

As the battle rages on, Master Pharaoh 90 shatters the shield surrounding him. All of the Senshi fall. Moon dives into him and releases the power of the Silver Imperial Crystal, and the power of the Holy Chalice. Then, the Garnet Orb, Space Sword, and Deep Aqua Mirror shine, as bursting threw Pharaoh 90 a figure emerges, the symbol of Saturn glowing on her forehead.

The Senshi gasp, realizing that the end is near. And they all wonder what happened to Sailor Moon. Saturn explains that the reason why Master Pharaoh 90 was attracted to this place was because it is the chosen land, the land the land that would become the new Silver Millennium. But she now must bring destruction necessary to rebirth. With out another word, Saturn thrusts her Glaive in the air and yells the words that will bring an end to all… "DEATH REBORN REVOLUTION!"

The other Senshi watch in horror as they feel the Earth being torn apart. Master Pharaoh 90 opens the gateway to his home, so that he may escape. Saturn's Glaive gracefully sweeps down...

"Is this the end?!" Chibi Moon asks. "What about Sailor Moon?!" With a smile from Sailor Saturn, a glowing light emerges from the ground and lands on a piece of rubble. Super Sailor Moon looks up. She wonders what is going on, and see's Saturn.

"Saturn!" She yells. And then realizes, "She's going to get sucked into that other dimension with Master Pharaoh 90!" Everyone gasps.

"Do not be distraught." Saturn says with a smile. "With Death, comes hope and rebirth. You are the one that brings that, Super Sailor Moon!" Saturn then turns her head to Pluto. "Pluto! Close forever this gateway to a different dimension!"

"Saturn!" Pluto yells.

"QUICKLY!" With out another thought, Pluto closes the gateway… closing in Master Pharaoh 90, Sailor Saturn, and her attack with it.

However, Sailor Moon changes into Neo Queen Serenity, and heals everything. Neptune finds a crying baby… with the symbol of Saturn on her forehead. The outers raise Hotaru as their own.

SuperS

Six months later we see a young girl reading. She is Hotaru, who's age has execrated. While in a violin lesson with Michiru, an image of Heilos and Chibiusa appear. Hotaru follows it, and watches.

"I've seen her before… in your picture's." She says.

Later, while playing a game titled 'grow the solar system' with Haruka, Michiru and Haruka discover that the Earth is turning darker and darker! Seeing as none of the outers can no longer transform, they are helpless.

Hotaru walks into the bathroom to take a bath. The room gets dark suddenly as Hotaru see's a grown up version of herself… Sailor Saturn.

"Who are you?" She asks.

"Inside of me…?"

The image fades. Hotaru continues to take her bath. The voice keeps on calling her to wake up. Finally, the symbol of Saturn appears on her forehead, and she climes out of the tub. She returns to the mirror, a mirror image of her as Sailor Saturn is there again… only Hotaru is older. She emerges from the bathroom, her forehead glowing.

"People only start living their lives, once they have someone to live for." She says. A quote from Einstein.

She explains that their prince and princess are in danger, and give the outers new power-ups. They run off.

Once the outers appear at the Dead Moon Circus, they save the inner's from destruction via the Amazoness Quartet. Everyone is surprised to see them. Saturn tells Chibiusa to come and help.

Once Chibi Moon appear, the AQ go running. She and Saturn follow.

Saturn tells the AQ that they are being used, and to take up. She knows they are really not who Nepherina say they are! They AQ are about to except this when Zirconia shows up and trap them in some pool balls. And then Saturn and Chibi Moon in shards of glass!

Once Saturn gets out, she some how steals the stone's the AQ are in, and relise them as the Asteroid Senshi.

Like everyone else, she goes Eternal.

We first see Hotaru going off to school with Chibiusa, holding hands. Usagi gets mad at them for some reson.

We really don't see much of Hotaru, but she's usually in the background.

Just before Lead Crow attacks, Hotaru looks up at the sky and says "There's no… turning back now."

After that, the Outers (besides Saturn, she stays seeing as she's the only other Senshi besides the starlight's and Moon).

Once Galaxia kills Pluto, Saturn fades away. Just like everyone else, she dies * sniff*

And, just like everyone else, she becomes an Animate. Her attack was "Galactica Glaive Surprise"

And, like everyone else, she turns good later on.

• pant pant wheeze wheeze * well This is the manga version.

Sadly, Hotaru doesn’t have much screen time. Saturn is only in four episodes as well * sniff *

A large explosion occurred. Keiko died. Hotaru also died. BUT, Soichi was a kind hearted man then. AND The explosion was caused by Pharaoh 90. Soichi came to him and offered that he would give Hotaru new life, in exchange for his own body. Pharaoh 90 agreed, but also planted a Daimon inside of Hotaru, not to the knowing of Soichi.

Anyways: We first see Hotaru when the Holy Grail is summoned. But its only brief

While on a hat chase in the park, Hotaru jumps in to save it, thus meeting Chibiusa. She revels that she can heal and is very weak.

The outers also reveal that she is Sailor Saturn. And, like in the manga, they go about killing her.

But, one day Kaolinite kidnaps Hotaru, and changes her into the Sovereign of Silence.

Well in actually the SoS is really Mistress 9, but not fully in control of Hotaru's body yet. To do this, she needs to eat the purist of pure heart crystals.

And, to a big cowinky dink, Chibiusa just happens to have this crystal. Once Hotaru eats it, she finishes her transformation into Mistress 9.

Now, back to the Soichi thing. The evil Daimon inside of him came out, but was quickly defeated by Neptune and Uranus. He then runs back to where Mistress9 is and try to get his little girl back.

However, Neptune and Uranus are trapped, and Mistress 9 talks Moon into giving her the Holy Grail. She feeds it to Pharaoh 90, who then begins growing.

But he lashes out at Mistress 9, almost killing her. Soichi picks her up and neuters her. Mistress 9 backs away, disgusted and very much afraid. Hotaru begins to break threw.

Suddenly, the black star on Mistress 9's forehead shatters into the Saturn symbol, and her body disintegrates.

Saturn appears before Mamoru and Chibiusa, returning her friends crystal. She fades again, appearing in the huge battle zone (Where Pharaoh 90 is terrorizing everything). She says that she will destroy Pharaoh 90 from the inside out. Sailor Moon trys to go help, but Saturn points her Glaive at her.

"No! As Super Sailor Moon you could have done something." She says coldly before flipping backwards into the chaos.

Sailor Moon trys desperately to transform. She even runs into Pharaoh 90, only to be flung back. Everyone's hearts become one… as Sailor Moon's pure heart crystal comes out of her chest, her eyes go foggy and she changes.

Soon Pharaoh 90 is destroyed, and Super Sailor Moon stands with baby Hotaru.

Neptune and Uranus return Hotaru to her father…

…Only to take her again! Eh heh heh…

She has a vision of Eternal Sailor Moon ^^

Just like before, Hotaru's age accelerates until she is about 8 ish. One night, Hotaru hears something and see's Herself! As Saturn! Saturn then gives little Hotaru back her memories, and she ages even more!

With this new awakening, all the outer Senshi become super. They all go into battle with Nepherina.

During this battle, we get very close to seeing Saturn's Silence Glaive Surprise, but Chibi Moon stops her.

Also durring this same battle, Saturn protects Chibi Moon with her Silence Wall.

And ALSO during this battle, she gets trapped in a mirror… only to be set free!

Later on she ends up fighting Neptune and Uranus, but refuses to fight them because they are "Haruka-papa and Michiru-mama" Thus, dying.

And the last 200 episode, she (like everyone else) get reborn.

*more panting and wheezing * …cant… breath…
