All evidence is kept by The Delta Group Paranormal Investigators for use on our website or other. The Delta Group will not divulge the where about of an investigation if asked not to. All faces and personal information are protected and not shown or given out by The Delta Group Paranormal Investigators.


The Delta Group Paranormal Investigators does not tress pass on private property or condone anyone to tress pass on private property.


The Delta Group Paranormal Investigators are very respectful when it comes to investigating a private home or business. It is the responsibility of The Delta Group Paranormal Investigators to maintain a professional attitude and insure that no private property is damaged. The Delta Group Paranormal Investigators will take full responsibility if one of its team members damages any property during an investigation.


The Delta Group Paranormal Investigators does not ever conduct an investigation if the occupants seem or appear to be under the influence of any substance be it alcohol or other.
