Purchaser agrees to the following terms and conditions of sale:

1). Under no circumstances will this dog/puppy be sold, leased, donated, auctioned, or given to any pet store, wholesaler, lab or similar facility.

2). This dog/puppy, in the opinion of the seller, at the time of sale is:

This dog/puppy is in no way guaranteed to breed or show, and no behavioral traits of this animal are guaranteed.

3). It is understood by both parties that all sales are final (except as listed in item 5 below), and no guarantee whatsoever is given with the sale of this animal; hereditary, genetics, or health. The purchase price reflects this guarantee.

4). Not intended for any illegal purposes

5). You have 48 hours to get a vet check. If during this period this animal is found to have a Veterinarian verified congenital defect or is otherwise found to be unhealthy, you may return the animal for replacement or refund at the full discretion of the seller. A signed statement from a vet must accompany this animal and must be verified by the seller's veterinarian. All vet bills incurred are the responsibility of the buyer. After 48 hours the seller is not responsible for this dog/puppy in any way. The purchase price reflects this guarantee.

6). All deposits are non refundable. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling, crate, health cert costs; all of which are non-refundable; no exceptions

7). The purchase price is non refundable in whole or part. In the event there is an issue as listed in item 5, purchaser can, at the discretion of the seller, apply full purchase price, minus shipping;crate;health cert, toward the purchase of another animal, position in litter determined by the seller. There are no exceptions to the no refund policy.
