Roles other than Mistoffelees

So far, all I've gathered is that aside from I'm guessing as various dancing roles in schools and troupes, Jacob has been:

1) Mistoffelees in many versions of CATS
2) Pouncival in other versions of CATS
3) Turnov in Starlight Express
