Yes this section is almost pointless but I was bored and want the opinions of people. I decided to pair off the cats and explain why.

Pair One
Mistoffelees and Jemima
There really isn't a whole lot of logic behind this. I like these two together even though Misto is usually seen with Vikki. However, Vikki seems far too interested in Plato so I really only think Misto and Vic are friends. The reason I thought Misto and Jem would be good together is because they're both shy and innocent and when they are seen together they're pretty happy! I think it's pretty cute. The advantage they have of being my favourite male and female cats also helps a little bit.
Pair Two
Alonzo and Cassandra
Ok, I have logic for these two. First of all, they're seen together in the video a lot and are dancing together in the Jellicle ball, etc. I think that since they don't seem to do much with any other cat that they're mates
Pair Three
Ok, people. This one is REALLY obvious. Plato and Vic dance together in the mating dance. I'm pretty sure there was a reason! And even though Vic and Misto dance a little bit, they certainly didn't do that. You can tell by the way Misto and Vic act around each other that they're only friends. And Plato and Vic are usually dancing close to each other in other nubmers too. People may argue that Plato is gay cuz of the way he acts around Tugger, but honestly people. I don't think "Hey! We need some diversity make one of the cats gay!" was going through Andrew Lloyd Webber's head at the time.
Pair Four
Etcetera and Pouncival
Etcetera and Pouncie aren't exactly seen together a whole lot but they'd be very cute together. I suppose this is my same logic with Mist and Jemmy. They're the same type of cat. Cute and fun. I find it funny that Cetty is obsessed with Tugger and Bomby seems to like er...scratching Pounce. I think this is because Bomby is trying to make Tugger jealous with Pounce and Cetty is trying to make Pounce jealous and the cycle continues. Betcha never thought of it that way, huh?
Pair Five
Tumblebrutus and Electra
This pair is a bit less obvious than some. A lot of people seem to pair these two off. I really can't say why but i agree. They look good together. Electra nor Tumble seem to like being around anyone else. And they ARE together during the Naming of Cats!(ish)
Pair Six
Rum Tum Tugger and Bombalurina
Ok, this one is REALLY obvious! I mean, come ON. Just look at the picture! Well, he does sort of drop her after this but still...they do dance at the jellicle ball. Plus they're both the biggest flirts ever.
Pair Seven
Munkustrap and Demeter
This is also a pretty obvious one. Munkustrap is usually the one who protects Demeter and they're seen together all the time. He even fights with Macavity over her.
Pairs Eight and Nine
This is a very odd theory of mine...and I'm probably the only one who thinks it...but I like to think the notorious duos are split up since I think that they are sibling pairs, and they seem to interact with the other pairs a bit, that Mungo would be with Tanto and Rumpel with Cori and all that.
Pairs Ten and Eleven
Well, Jenny and Skimble are seen a LOT together. They are especially close right before "Memory" (I beleive) and they are usually next to each other in most scenes. Jenny seems to be having more fun than the others during Skimble's song too. *wink*
And...Asparagus and Jellylorum are together during the mating dance, and they seem to have the mother-father to the younger cats personalities. Also they seem to keep everyone in line. Hmm...shared interests.
