After the "incident", you'll probably be told that the owner of the weapon shop in Narshe would like to talk to you. If you go to Narshe, however, you'll find out that all the doors in the city are locked. In order to unlock them, you'll need help from the world's greatest lock picker Locke. How to find him is included in the walkthrough section. |
| Once you bring Locke to Narshe, you can open all the locks in no time. Go inside the weapon shop, and continue though the door, then you'll find the owner. This man is in fact extremely cool since he has the Esper Ragnarok for you. You can choose whether you want the Esper as it is or a sword forged from the Magicite. The choice is totally up to you, but once you've made up your mind, you can't change it. Ragnarok has the ability to turn enemies into items, and he DOES have the Ultima spell, but the sword is just so freakin' powerful that once you've tried it, you can't live without it. It can easily cause 9999 damage plus sometimes a flare spell. A great reward for such an easy quest. |
