In the town of Tzen, which is in a rather poor state after the "incident", you'll be able to find a man, who's selling something rather interesting, the Magicite Sraphim. He's running around in the woods in the upper right corner of the town and is willing to sell you this Esper for only 10 GP. Very cool.
