Pirates often invaded the island of Hausson and the coast of Koguryo. Sliver was a wood worker on board one of the ships near the time of the Nagnang war. When the pirates were driven off, him and his brother stayed because they loved it there so much. He became a carpenter for the recruiting Forsaken clan. His brother disappeared but was seen talking about ChiZao on Dae shore, not long before ChiZao's death. Afterwards he disappeared again. Sliver's brother is not to be mistaken with Hausson's inn keeper.
