In early 20th century Hong Kong, gangs rule the streets and neighborhoods. Due to the strict control of guns by the Brittish government, the gangs have been forced to find new ways to control their territory and fight their rivals. Chains, swords, pipes, knives, and even brass knuckles are now on the table. Players take control of a new gang member with aspirations to climb to the top of organized crime in Hong Kong.
