April 15, 2000 It's been a while since I've done an update. If you have been waiting for a big one from me, sorry. I have, however, made some slight changes to the page. I've changed the font to a cooler one. A buddy of mine, Logan, has a page and he uses this font. After seeing how it looks on his page, I couldnt resist. Check out my About page for more friends pages.

February 13, 2000 Unrelated to JRR Tolkien but very important to me, Charles M. Schulz passed away early this morning. I have created a bit of a memorial to him here.

December 31, 1999 New Year's Eve is finally here. I've opened the Art Gallery. There are 30 images for your viewing enjoyment. The artists include, Alan Lee, John Howe and Ted Nasmith.
I'd like to wish everyone a Happy New Year. Be Safe.

December 26, 1999 I hope everyone had a fantastic Christmas. I hope Santa got everyone what they wished for. I've just completed another update to The Gates of Moria. This update has the inclusion of "The Gates of Moria Message Board" I hope everyone will check it out and post a message from time to time. Remember, this page is OUR page. Any visitor contributions to the site will improve it, whether it is a simple "hello" on the message board, a link you email for addition to the links or your very own images to be posted.

December 24, 1999 The movie page has been updated to include images and interesting information about The Lord of the Rings.

December 21, 1999 (V.3.5) I finally have my page supporting frames thus making this page, version 3.5 I know it's been around for years but until now I've never tried my hand at it. I borrowed an idea from another page and figured out how it ticks, then decided to work it in. What the world needs is a WYSIWYG html editor that supports frame building. It really would make the world a better place. Hahaha. Anyone know of any?

December 4, 1999 I've decided to get rid of dead links on the page so there won't be any confusion from people believing the page is closing or dead.

November 1999 (V.3.0) The Gates of Moria has been completely removed and started over again. There was a lot of load time involved in the old version of this page, so I decided to close the old version and start fresh. As of November 1999, there were over 5000 hitpoints to the page since June 1998. Over the next few months, there will be increased content to the site so please bookmark the main page and return periodically to see updates.
