1. Must have a webpage.
2. No heavy pornography. A little bit of yaoi fanart and such is fine as long as there's a warning, but I won't accept a page I feel ashamed going to.
3. Staying with the shame principle, your site doesn't have to be complete, but it has to have ~something on it. Also, nothing annoying, like clashing colors and strange typing.
4. You have to have the banner/link on your site. I know this goes against procrastination, but please have it before I go see it! (and check that you have the right address! Don't forget the "pro.html" bit!)
Now that wasn't so bad... Oh! Please note that you can't direct link pictures from geocities, so you'll have to upload the button.
if not, text link is fine as long as it contains the words "Do it Later"!
