Zodiac sighed, I just want to be in the garden she thought. She was about to walk away when Princess Serenity came walking towards her.
"Hello," chirped Serena.
"Hello Princess," Zodiac said curtly, What does she want now?
Princess Serenity smoothed out her skirts, a beautiful baby pink shade and asked, "Do you want to play?"
Zodiac stared at Serena for a minute then burst out laughing.
"Me play? My duty is to become a warrior not a princess," she snapped.
Princess Serenity blinked back tears. "I didn't...." Zodiac never finished her sentence because Princess Serenity spun around and ran off, her golden pig tails flowing behind her like gold water.
Hoshi sat up with a start, she had been having that memory a lot lately.
"Pull yourself together girl this is NOW not THEN! If your not careful you'll remember the rest," she told her self sharply. Sunlight poured in thorough the window, making the plae blue curtains paler. The room was a mess, books every where, socks, shoes, cloths all over the floor. The only places that were clean were the yellow walls and the computer area. Hoshi sterchted out on the bed, her silver ponytails looked like water around her. She lay there for a while.
Zodiac was raised to fight, the watchers said someone was coming who could destroy life. So Zodiac worked hard, Queen Serenity didn't even know that a child was being raised for war. If she knew she would have banned it. Zodiac giggled, her first day at the Moon Kingdom and everything was new to her. The Earthians never told her about anything but war. She walked into the Moon Kingdom's garden, there were roses to Zodiacs surpirse. Grabbing a rose she yelped in pain, the roses had thorns. A giggle cam from behind her
"You act like you've never touched a rose before," the voice came from a girl with short blue hair and eyes the color of water.
"Not this kind," whispered Zodiac.
"Oh," the girl looked surprised,"Your the girl the Earthians raised."
Zodiac nodded.
"I am Ami," the girl said.
"Zodiac," she smiled at Ami.
"Damn it not now," Hoshi muttered. She had been walking down the street when she zoned out, "Why now?" She looked around, no one else was on the street. Good no one saw thought Zodiac, But why are these memories coming back now after a thousand years? She pulled her jacket around her self tight, the sky was getting an eerie dark. Hoshi looked up at the sky, the stars were gone...
A handsome boy stood in the middle of the roses. He had short brown hair and eyes the color of stars. Zodiac was fasinated, she had never seen anyone like him before. He was reaching for a rose....
"DON'T TOUCH IT," screamed Zodiac. She ran towards the boy, he looked at her in surprise.
"Why," he asked.
"They have thorns," she replied, the boy laughed.
Zodiac stared at him, the boy looked at her, "My name is Merik, and you are?"
"Zodiac," she said shyly. Merik looked surprised.
"Your pretty for a warrior," Zodiac blushed and Merik laughed.
Hoshi looked at her plate, the fish looked good. She reached for her chopsticks when she decide to go to her room. The yellow walls greeted her, she smiled and picked up the paper. The front page read "Sailor Moon Saves the world again!" Sailor Moon looks familiar Hoshi thought. She sat down infront of her computer, a message box appeared, "You've Got Mail" Hoshi clicked ok. The email appeared, she stared at the screen and wished she had never clicked ok. Perhaps it was all a joke...
"She's coming and you better stay away.
Or you'll end up like the Earthians!"
Zodiac heared laughter in the Moon Kingdom Orchard. She looked up in a tree, there sat two girls on a branch. One girl had long blonde hair pulled up into a red bow and eyes the color of the sky. The other girl had brown hair in a ponytail and eyes the color of tree leaves. The girls looked down at Zodiac.
"Hello I'm Minako," said the blonde.
"And I'm Makoto," chimed the other girl.
"Who are you," Mina and Lita asked.
"Zodiac," was all she said as she smiled.
Hoshi couldn't believe what the message said. She closed the email Earthians? Who is this She? was all she could think. She began to play solitare, the words kept flashing through her mind.
It was midnight, and everyone was gathered in the main hall. A huge fire was burning, Queen Serenity stood with Princess Serena. The Queen was opening a box, Zodiac could almost see what was in it when someone bumped into her.
"Sorry," a girl with long black hair and eyes the color of violets said.
"It's ok," Zodiac replied. The girl looked at Zodiac, "You feel like a warrior..," Zodiac blinked and the girl laughed. "I'm Rei," the girl said.
"Zodiac"
Hoshi stared at the wall, she slowly stood up and opened her dresser. She grabbed a yellow shirt and blue skirt.
"Just like the sun and sky," she whispered.
She changed into the shirt and skirt, pulled on a pair of black knee high boots. She grabbed her jacket as she walked out the door. The sky was dark, Hoshi looked at her watch. It was only 3:15 in the afternoon.
This is weird she thought.
Hoshi simply stared at the sky, she felt fear as if it was a hot fire. "And then there was darkness..."
