This is the authorised biography of The Housemartins written by Nick Swift.  Its not just about how the band met but its about the time they met and the things that drove them to become one of the most inspirational bands of the 80's.
The front cover is a picture taken at one of their concerts at  the Hull city hall on 27th october 1986. I was there with my mates Foz and Carl. Carl is holding his thumb in the air in front of my face and Foz is holding his hand in front of his own face, I am the one with the biggest hand. Also there was my girlfriend at the time Rebecca and her friend Louise but they was hiding from the camera.
