Steps by step
You can fine URL of http://www.biophys.uni-duesseldorf.de/index.html on search engine. The web page, show below, many information available in this main page include link for other bioinformatic web pages.
Then click on "Bioinformation and BioComputing" topic on up-right, to get next page be low.
In this page show many topic about bioinformation and bio-computaion, bioinformatic link, and also my interested tool "POLAND PLOT" available at bottom of this page. So, scroll down to get the tool.
In topic "Services BiophyWWW supplies", CLIK on fist subtopic "Poland:" to work with tool page.
And this is working face of POLAND PLOT tool. Then do steps by step follow.
- Put in sequence name in "Sequence title line".....my sequence is from bacteria S mutans.
- Prepare nucleotides sequence, copy from word or note pat, as plain format without number and put in box "Sequense".
- In box "Mismatched positions" I let it blank because I don't know any mismatched in my sequence or not.
- In box "Thermodynamic parameter" provide many conditions
in ided box. For user can choos one they prefer to use......I choose
first default condition to work with my DNA.
- In box "Dissociaion constant" I'll use defualt again.
- I use 0.02M in "Strand concentration"
- And use "Temperature range" as default again.
- For graphic result I want it all, so check in every box.
- Select resolution of result, I select smallest one because it good for demonstrate with my screen.

Then click on "Submit" to let "POLAND PLOT" work for around 10 seconds. *******If anything needs correct, do it first or click "Reset" to fill in every detail again . Click!!!!*******RESULT IN NEXT PAGE*******Click!!!!
