BLUEYEDLADY

Although we met by accident, it was a sign
The laughter we share, happens all the time
Whether we are in a game or even chat
You are always a lady, and that`s a fact
We play spades, euchre , crib and gin
It`s always fun, from outside or in
You always believed in my writing skills
Even when I had my doubts, you gave me the will
But one of the things that was always so sweet
Was when you played GO FISH with OLIVIA
She would always smile as she called your name
And each smile got bigger as they came
The endless hours that you helped me with my site
Meant so much, as we now see the light
As we enter each poem and song too
For everything you did, I thank YOU
So take this rose and keep it close
Because I will treasure OUR friendship, I hope you know
