I had such a void, that empty feeling
The hurt was still there, it needed healing
Then all of a sudden, out of nowhere
I said a prayer, and you were there
Where did you come from? I ask you how?
It does not matter. I am just glad it was now.
I prayed to the LORD, please give me a friend?
But how was I to know, it was an Angel he`d send
The happiness you have brought is hard to describe
But please know, that you have made me feel so alive
As I wake up each day, it is now worth living
That is, because of the love, you keep giving
The smiles that you give and the roses that you send
With each thought in my mind and feeling in my soul
