THE END OF THE RAINBOW

The rainbow is a sign of a new beginning
When they appear in the sky, our minds start spinning
The colours of a rainbow, have many special meanings
The colourful apparitions, appear when the rain stops teeming
Red will always bring us, the  love and warmth that we need
Just as the rose started out in the garden, from a seed
Orange is a sign of vibrancy, ambition and goodwill
Achieving your goals and helping others, will give you that thrill
Yellow would be a symbol of a new day
In which our spirits would lift us in a new way
Green is for growth that we watch before our eyes
As things change, day by day, we should not be surprised
Blue must be freedom, as a chick hatches from its egg
As we go forward in life, we move leg after leg
Indigo is the state of new life and destiny
Put the past behind us, look to the future and then we will see
Violet is the calm, the peace and tranquility
We will experience all of these from now until eternity
At the end of each rainbow, is a pot of gold
We must stay on the path and find it, young or old
So after the next rainfall, go and follow your dream
Because that pot of gold is what you make of it, know what I mean?
