THE BEACH HOUSE
What draws me here? I am not sure Is it the sounds of the birds or just the seashore? The waves roll in, as the tide rises With each passing moment, comes a new surprise The sun always rises in the east, sets in the west The air cools down at night, for that is best We skip rocks in the water as the ships pass by The fishermen are on the pier, where their boats lie We go out on the deck, to share a drink Sit back and relax, where we do not have to think The sand is so soft, and the sun is hot As we relax now, and lose our thought The day draws to a close, as it is quiet as a mouse When you sit back and enjoy...
