THE ZOO
I look out side and see the beautiful day Where should I go? It is Saturday The answer just hit me, when I looked up high As I imagined a lion`s head, high in the sky So I took a drive, and came upon the zoo This is the best place, there is so much to do The Tiger sits above, on its rocky perch As the Eagle sits in a tree of birch The Lion struts itself, as the Monkey goes ooh ooh The Ring-tailed Lemur looks lost, not knowing what to do In the distance, the howling is about to begin When my favourite, the wolf, starts its call within The dolphin show is about to begin, we find our seat The flips and splashes get us wet, how neat The Zebras and Gazelles gracefully walk the fields The Baboons go crazy, as we are forced to yield The Polar Bears are our last stop, they are so strong Standing, oh so tall, bodies so long As we leave the Zoo, it is then that I realize It is here that adults can be kids, without disguise
