- CREAM CHEESE (SOFTENED)
- SUGAR
- EGGS
- VANILLA
- VANILLA WAFERS
- PIE FILLING
MEASURE:
- 1 LB.
- 1/2 CUP
- 2
- 2 TSP.
- 12
- 1 CAN
DIRECTIONS:
1. BEAT CREAM CHEESE, SUGAR, EGGS AND VANILLA FOR 5 MINUTES.
2. PLACE CUP CAKE LINERS IN MUFFIN TINS.
3. PUT A VANILLA WAFER IN EACH LINER.
4. FILL LINER WITH MIX, 1/4" FROM THE TOP.
5. BAKE 12 - 15 MINUTES AT 375º.
6. COOL UNTIL CENTER DROPS.
7. SPOON PIE FILLING ONTO CHEESECAKES.
8. REFRIGERATE
