CAKE DIRECTIONS:

1. CREAM BROWN SUGAR AND OIL.

2. ADD PUMPKIN AND EGGS.

3. ADD FLOUR, SALT, BAKING POWDER, BAKING SODA, VANILLA AND SPICES.

4. MIX WELL.

5. SCOOP BATTER ONTO A GREASED BAKING SHEET.

6. BAKE AT 350º FOR 10 - 12 MINUTES.

 

FILLING DIRECTIONS:

1. BEAT INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.

2. ASSEMBLE WHOOPEE PIES BY SANDWICHING A SCOOP OF FILLING BETWEEN TWO CAKES.
