What is a burnout?



A burnout can happen if you try to push yourself too much, and use too much of your energy. Burnouts cause your chakras to shut down, leaving you very tired, weak, and unable to use energy for a little while until you recouperate and do some sort of ki cultivation. Depending on the extremity of the burnout, you can even pass out or become so fatigued that you can barely move. So, be careful when you train. Don't over do it.
