LBN is to produce a entirely new line of software in the first quarter of next year according to software business spokesman Eric Hardiman.
Rather than simple improve the functionality or efficiency of it's software, LBN will, in a move masterminded by Hardiman re-release it's entire software portfolio in larger formats. "People no longer want software on CD, any more than they want it on floppy disks", he explins Hardiman, "I am pioneering the move to Vinyl".
Earlier this year Eric Hardiman shook up the market with his initiatives in selling software by the kilo and by height. He attributes the success of applications such as Microsoft Office and the Tivoli Enterprise Suite soley to their height ; - "look at the exampe of Microsoft", he explains, "they could never have dominated several global software markets with a short product".
