Overnight Hotel Stays - Entertainment Provisions

LBN will only reimburse employees for hotel expenses as they pertain to accomodation, reasonable meals and taxi transport to and from the hotel to airport, car rental depot or LBN / customer venue.

The following guidelines are provided for entertainment at a htoel where a stay is warranted by a customer visit or education

• -Empty every sachet of freeze dried Kenco 'singles' into the toliet bowl. Call reception and demand that a porter attend your room post-haste. When they arrive direct them to the toilet and express your disgut that the element in your coffee perculotor appears to be broken.
• Repeatedly the operator and ask for the dining room. When connected sigh disgustedly and ask to be transferred to the operator. Repeat.
• On the night of arrival ask reception if 'pay TV' carries the 'Dongs of Navarone'.
• Pretend to be allergic to the carpet in your room and demand 4 rolls of cling-film and a respirator on the hour, every hour
