Day two at Disney; The reality of the "Dream" sets in, and the weather wrapped that reality in a big, red bow!!

While "Mickey and Minnie" slept, I took an absolutely splendid walk over to Port Royale
to pick up breakfast goodies for the crew. What a view to take in along the way!

The walk required a stroll across this beautiful little island, complete with
exotic flora and gentle reggae music. I thought I'd died and gone to heaven!!

First stop on day two is Animal Kingdom.

As we made our way toward the Safari, every step along the way was inspiring:
Colorful birds...

...magestic mountains...

...and magical trees full of life...

Fortune seemed to follow us everywhere
as we arrived at the Safari with very little wait time.

The Safari ride was awesome! What a special opportunity to see a momma elephant and her little one!

Seeing these creatures up close was a thrill. This rhino was only feet away from the vehicle!

After the safari, it was off to the Flights of Wonder;
A wonderous show featuring grand birds performing in amazing ways.

Artie found these HOT OFF THE PRESS steamboat willie mouse ears!
Many people - including Disney employees - asked him where he'd found them.

Left:Art and Becky take a little rest from the walking and the sun.
Right:Next stop; Magic Kingdom, decked out for Halloween!

Once at Magic Kingdom, we stroll down Main Street toward Cinderella's Castle

How familiar this grand structure is is to the young and young at heart!"

We looked for shade anywhere we could find it as the afternoon grew hot.
Here, behind the castle; a little shade.

We ducked out of the sun and heat while visiting The Hall of Presidents, Pirates of the Carribean,
Small World, and a few other attractions, before heading back to
Epcot for a repeat performance of those spectacular fireworks.
This time, we watched the Illumination fireworks from Moraco!
Exhausted, we returned to Aruba at the end of another incredibly fantastic day.

Day three was a return to Epcot. No camera this day; Just the "Mimsy-Mobile."
A wonderul lunch in Mexico was the highlight. A tall margarita may have colored my perspective.
The Living Seas Attraction was spell-binding; seeing the dolphins and manatees up so close.
We visited The Land Pavillion again; Art and Becky indulged my request to go on Soarin' a second time.
We also visited the "Living with the Land" attraction; I remembered the hydroponic gardens from two decades ago.
We took a ride in the "Clamobiles" to find Nemo, and strolled around the World Showcase.
Once we reached the American Adventure, the sun and heat began to take a toll,
so, we ducked into the air conditioned theater where we watched the presentation in a semi-comatose state.
Again, the end of the day was celebrated with the Illumination fireworks; this time in Mexico.
And so ended my last full day of the best time ever!
