Welcome to the I Like Pie Section!

I just put this section up because someone suggested it, like.......NATE! But I will put some recipes up of pies that I make at Thankgiving.

Really Great Pie Crust

3 Cups Flour
1 1/2 Cups Shortening
2 tsp. Salt
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Water
Dash of Vinegar

Mix flour, sugar, salt, and shortning with fork. Beat eggs, water and vinegar. Mix the two mixtures together a little at a time until moist. Mold into pie pans by hand and add favotite fillings!
