Off to San D'Oria
[Jiggs 08-08-2002 8:50 PM]

Around the time I was supposed to meet Neridia, Karina spoke with me. I told her that I was going to San D'Oria, and I asked if she would like to go. She agreed, and we met Neridia at the Buburimu outpost. From there we traveled to Mhaura, and took the ship to Selbina [pic].

The boat ride started out pleasantly [pic], but then the music changed... pirates boarded! The three of us stood in the safe room, while the action happened outside. The battles raged on for about 7 minutes, and then there was peace for the rest of the cruise.

We got off at Selbina, passed through the Dunes, and entered La Theine [pic]. At La Theine, we killed a few goblins, mainly relying on Neridia to get through the battles [pic]. Then a big scary sheep-yak, known as a "Battering Ram" took me out in 2 shots. Neridia finished it off with Karina, but I was dead.

Neridia told me to wait there, and he began to prepare Raise. It took about 20 seconds to prepare [pic], and when it was ready, the great white light shined from the heavens [pic]. I was raised [pic]. There was an option asking if I wanted to be raised, and if you choose yes, you are resurrected.

Neridia had to leave, so Karina took me the rest of the way to San D'Oria. Once there, it wasn't what I expected. The city just has that classic Final Fantasy look to it. Karina gave me the tour of the town, and then left me to myself. I had finally made it to San D'Oria. Now to gain some more levels...

Welcome to San D'Oria.
