make up the Rebel Fleet in ROTJ novel, which is much more lengthy than MC80, Nebulon-B,
Medium Transport, and CR90 (i.e., Corellian Battle Ship, Alderaanian Gunship,
Manowar, Kesselian Blockade Runner, Destroyer).  The "large, grand cruiser" (as
generically called in the screenplay) which Palpatine arrives on Naboo in is also a
no-mention, no-show, no doubt because it is from one of the last scenes added to the film!
Of course there are all those spacecraft from Mos Eisley in the ANH SE still to be
described. As for Episode I, the air bus (first seen in ROTJ SE) and air shuttle have not
been covered, thought the air taxi has (in EP1 ICS). There were numerous spacecraft and
aircraft on Coruscant, and various landspeeders and other vehicles in Mos Espa, which
need to be covered, including a transport that looked like a Gallofree model..
There are also 7 Rebel ships in ESB (Only 6 are pictured at B2k's; the other can be seen near the Medical Frigate.), 2 Rebel ships in ROTJ (<B2K), and even a Star Destroyer (<Saxton)!
3. Yaddle and Even Piell
There is great confusion over Yaddle. The little pink guy behind Yoda on Naboo is not
Yaddle. He is a male (not female) of the Lannik species (not Yoda's race) named Even
Piell, and is a Jedi Council Master. Yaddle is a member of the Council and of Yoda's race,
but she is female and has very definitely GREEN SKIN and brown hair. The name of
Yoda's race remains a mystery. In my fanfic, I made up the race name "L'g'c," which is
really a joke, being an acronym for "Little green critter." Vithiraos is completely my
invention as well. Some fanfic stories refer to him as a Gherkin, but this only an invention
of theirs!
4. Why does Leia not know who her real mother was?
Leia remembers Amidala, but only in images. Luke and Leia remain ignorant, until about the time of Union, of her identity. Did Palpatine's Jedi Purge, which wiped out Jedi info,
include erasing records of Vader's wife and the battle of Naboo? You'd think some of the
older people in the Star Wars universe would still remember those events and Amidala,
especially members of the Galactic Senate and long-lived individuals (Doman Beruss,
Hutts, etc.)! Surely Mon Mothma had childhood memories of the holonews coverage of that
scandal  ??????.
5. The Trade Federation in the Senate
There are 1024 senate platforms. Most of these represent sectors, but some represent
major businesses and corporations (i.e., the Trade Federation). The Trade Federation is
blokading Naboo to protest the new taxation laws on the former Free Trade Zone. Their
actions are probably motivated not by the laws being unfair, but by their unwillingness to
accept these taxes due to their greed.
6. Who should play Anakin Skywalker in Ep II?  (of course, it is too late now!)
This is a hot topic. Everyone says, "so-an-so is built like Prowse" or "so-and-so could be
an older Lloyd. But lets remember people can change from childhood appearance
drastically, and Vader had many prosthetics. However, while Anakin shouldn't be the same
height and body build as Prowse, what is important is to make sure he looks like and is as
tall as Sebastian Shaw, something many people forget. At the end of ROTJ, we saw how
tall Anakin was and what he looked like before he became Vader. This is the image that
needs to be matched, not that of Prowse or Lloyd!
7. Why is a democracy ruled by a Queen?
This is not an error.  By definition, Naboo is a democracy because the people are represented in the government by ELECTED officials (Governor Bibble, etc.).  Even Amidala is elected, so the title seems merely traditional.  Even if she was a monarch by blood, Naboo would be a democracy--many democracies (ie, Britain) have royal families.  Americans tend to think of Democracy and Republic as synonymous, since America is both.  Democracy is a Greek term, older of the too; Republic is a more recent term of Roman derivation; the Greek democracies had kings, while the Romans formed the Republic after swearing to never have a king again.  A Democracy merely has representatives of the people in the government.  A Republic is a special kind of democracy with no positions inherited blood.
