Hills Beach Reminders
Dogs may not use any part of the beach between 9 am and 8 pm from May 25 to September 15. Unleashed dogs are not allowed on the beach.
All dog waste must be picked up.
25 mph is the maximum speed on Hills Beach Road.
No motorized vehicles (ATV, dirt bikes, SUV, car, truck, etc.) allowed on the beach, flats or dunes.
Monday am is trash pickup. Barrels with tight lids my be placed at roadside after 5 pm Sunday and retrieved by 7 pm Monday. Call Public Works for information on disposal of appliances and large items.
Bonfire permits may be obtained at the Biddeford Fire Station on Alfred Street on day of use. You must be 18 or over to apply. Fire must be in a metal container and all debris from the fire removed from the beach.
Park in the Pines -- Hours are dawn to dusk. No parking, alcoholic beverages, or unleashed dogs. Vehicles may enter park to launch boats, canoes, etc.
