Costumes: Alien

This costume was commissioned for Halloween. The client made the mask himself from chicken wire, a bike helmet and paper mache. Together we made the realistic drool from hot glue and I designed and constructed the remainder of the outfit.

The skeleton parts are all sculpted from foam, attached to clothing, then painted. The arched tail was attached to a harness and held upright with fishing line. Claws were glued to gloves and shoes. It took about 20 minutes to get him into the outfit and once in, there were no "potty breaks" allowed! Crouching in the dark, he looked REALLY scary.
