"Jase" is a model citizen for his outstanding dedication to the preservation of rock and roll. Not only has he contributed a great deal of his time to rock and roll, but "Jase" can also be found contributing his spare time to drinking endless amounts of alcohol in the nearby pub. "Jase's" generous offerings of rock and roll to the city are greatly appreciated, therefore, we the people would like to recoginize "Jase" as a model citizen.
