All parents and visitors must report to the Main Office once they enter the school.

In order to see a teacher or visit a classroom, you must have a pass that will be given to you by the secretary.

Even if you have scheduled an appointment with a teacher, you still need a pass before entering the classroom.

Teachers are not to be interrupted during classroom instruction time. They are available before classes and will see you if an appointment is prearranged.

If you feel that I need to sit in on a conference, then contact me beforehand.

I don't want to close our open-door policy to any parents, but we must stop the free willing traffic in and out of our classrooms.

Instructions to all teachers are as follows:
1. Contact parents on a regular basis regarding their child's academic program;
2. When their schedules permit, allow time to meet with parents;
3. Keep all information about students up front and don't let parents know things too late;
4. Send progress reports home;
5. See me if there are problems
Please continue to be involved in your child's education. As always, we will try very hard to do our part to help you and your child.
