The Saute Station

The Saute station is the one station that I didnt work so I dont know much about it. I do know it is the hardest station at Valerianos. Most of the orders go through the Saute station. On any given night if there were 100 people ordering entres then about 70-75 would come from the Saute line. there are always two people on the saute line. I have always heard of customers saying that they had the best pasta ever in there life form this station.
