The rates quoted in this website are applicable from 1st June, 2002 to 31st March 2003 unless otherwise stated. All information was correct at time of publication and is subject to change.

Arrival / Departure Transfer

Airport transfers [28km - 45 mins]; US$.30.00 each way, Lembar Harbor Ferry Transfers [48km - 2 hours]; US$.40.00 each way

Deposits/Guarantees and Cancellations

Several recommended by Big Middleman require either deposit guarantee to secure a booking. You are advised of this information as well as the cancellation terms at the time of booking. If you need to cancel a reservation please advise us in good time and definitely within the hotel's cancellation period are as following :

Cancellation charge:

A one night room charge is applied to any room canccelled within; 

72 hours of arrival : March 01 thru Jul 20 / Aug 21 thru Dec 19 / Jan 11 thru March 31

14 days of arrival : Jul 21 thru Aug 20

30 days of arrival : Dec 20 thru Jan 10
