There is only One Who knows
All the answers to my woes;
He will all my needs supply
When in faith to Him I cry.

CAREERS

Would you like an education?
A good job and lots of friends?
Excitement? Entertainment?
And Joy that never ends?

The career that you have chose,
Offers these and so much more
We'd like to give a hint or two
Of what you have in store.

When it comes to education
You'll learn more than you suppose
Of things that really matter
Not just how to shop for clothes.

You'll learn patience and balance
Endurance and tact,
With doctrines and scriptures
Your mind will be packed.

Discernment and empathy,
These will increase
Worry and doubt
Will practically cease

You may learn how to change a tire,
and how to start a car.
When the battery is dead
and the walk home is too far.

You'll need no special training,
just by experience you'll see
Just how far your car will go,
With the gas gauge on the "E"!

A handwriting expert you'll become,
as records you examine
So rich you'll be, with real wealth
You'll never experience famine.

A job with opportunity?
This one has no bounds,
With benefits so numerous
they just pile up in mounds.

Excitement you like?
Each day has surprises
Challenges to meet
In many guises.

Is the householder angry?
Indifferent? or Curious?
Will your comments spark interest?
Or just make his furious?

Does he respond with a question?
Or smile with a gun?
Each door is different
That is why it is fun.

Your employer is more than fair
He pays each one the same
He listens to all of your problems
And solves them without any pain.

Free training he gives you,
At tri-annual seminars
Holy Spirit he sends you to help with the work
You will need it more that cars.

Your product is never obsolete
Satisfaction continues to grow.
Insurance and medical programs, too
Are without equal as you know.

If you do your part,
you will be pleased, glad delighted.
Enthused, grateful, happy.
And also excited.

It is no "Life of Riley".
There's an opposer who's wily
An aid to success?
"of one's self do not think too highly".

It's a very good job
You strive hard to keep it.
Today's biggest bargain.
Go ahead! Reap it!
