I have no clue where most of this came from. The story just kinda, came out of nowhere.
The title however, does have a story behind it:
I was camping with some friends and we'd just come from the little country store at the campgrounds, loaded up with candy. Some guys yelled up at us from a canoe while were on the bridge eating some of it. One of the girls (I can't remember which now) tossed some gum down into their canoe.
"Don't give candy to strangers!"I exclaimed, which caused us all to burst into laughter. It became an inside joke for quite awhile.
So, of course, I had to write a story. It was too funny not to use.
