Seven years ago, I was asked to shoot a fellow colleague's wedding. That was the first ever wedding that I shot, and since then, I've gotten recommendations from friends to shoot weddings. I mix well with people around me, and that gives me the necessary access to capture the couple and their wedding day without people realizing that there's actually a photographer at work amongst them. I treat my subjects as friends rather than just clients. The most important part of my work is interacting with my subjects, making them feel at ease, and allowing me to create portraits of them in their true character. |

I like capturing the wedding day the way it is, without recomposing or any form of rearrangement. I never say, "Can you please do that again for the camera?". I don't use expensive or sophisticated ligthing equipments; I use my eyes. The wedding day is one of the most important day in a married couple's life, which means that it's essence should be well treasured and captured. I care about the type of wedding that you want to have. My other area of specialty is portraits. Capturing a person's character and beauty is like creating a painting that require patience and feelings towards your subject. I enjoy working with my models as I interact with them like my own friends; I "fall in love" with them. Anyone can take pictures, but a true photographer creates portraits. |
