What is The Practice ?

The Practice is a weekly one-hour television drama on ABC that takes place in a Boston law firm named Donnell, Young, Dole & Frutt.  In Australia the show airs on channel Seven.  The stories focus on the attorneys that practice in the firm, their professional and personal lives.  Week after week, the lawyers are faced with variety of difficult court cases. Sometimes they lose, sometimes they win. They often question their own strategies, especially after they just set free a client who is guilty.  They are criminal defence lawyers and work on the basis of "hey everybody gets their fair day in court".  The Practice premiered on March 4, 1997
